In December 2000, Imaginuity Interactive, Inc. became the first investment of the Minority Technology Fund. Imaginuity Interactive, Inc. is an interactive communications firm offering a defined development process, strategic consulting, robust site management tools, custom integration and creative services that enable our clients to develop, build and maintain their digital presence. Clients include American Airlines Center, Bassett Furniture, Hillwood Development Company, The Staubach Company and Wal-Mart.

Imaginuity was founded by McKinley Hailey, ordained minister and  entrepreneur with more than 15 years of experience in technology and analytical consulting. Founded as a training initiative for inner-city youth in southern Dallas, Imaginuity maintains strong ties to the community while expanding its corporate services.

The Foundation made additional investments in Imaginuity Interactive, Inc. in September 2001 and in September of 2002, the firm was bought out.  The Foundation continues to house Imaginuity at the Foundation's headquarters.
