Below are the guidelines for companies seeking investment.  Each applicant should submit a business plan including: explanation of business concept, discussion of competitors, financial projections (and actuals if available).

Eligibility and Submission Guidelines
Businesses must meet the follow criteria in order to be considered for an equity investment from the Minority Technology Fund:

• Minority-owned and managed
• Technology-focused
• Located in or willing to re-locate to inner-city Dallas area
• The business does not need to be currently operating to be considered, but some operating experience is a plus.

NOTE: The Todd Wagner Foundation currently is not accepting any new applications for funding.
