During the fourth quarter of 2003, the Minority Technology Fund invested in rocKnot, Inc. The company is a software development firm that specializes in applications built to enhance the Remedy© AR system.  RocKnot was founded by Adriel Givens, Christine DeLaRosa, and Chirstopher Pruitt and currently operates out of South Dallas.

RocKnot currently sells three products.  The first !UP! went into production in the summer of 2002 and is a fault tolerant solution for mission critical Remedy© installations.  Their second product, called LoadChallenger, was released to companies in 2004 and will be quickly followed to market by Vigil.
